February 2024 - Demara Austin started building the vision for Maryland Mentor Tutor Network, Inc

September 2024 - Demara Austin launched a fundraiser for the fees to start MMTN and began contacting Board Members

November 2024 - Demara Austin applied for official nonprofit status

December 2024 - First Board Meeting is Held

December 2024 - Maryland Mentor Tutor Network, Inc was officially approved by the Secretary of State
